The crafting of exclusive, intricately detailed models requires experience, passion, and a significant commitment of time. To meet the exacting standards of every project at Ehrenholz, only two to three commissions are undertaken annually.
This ensures that my focus remains solely on the excellence of the agreed work.
Rekonstruktion
Buildings bear witness to history and the narratives of their inhabitants. Yet, structures inevitably succumb to time and decay, leaving only memories, photographs, and a sense of the irreplaceable.
Architectural reconstructions by Ehrenholz encompass forensic architectural analysis based on archival photographs, site plans, and oral histories. In collaboration with our clients, a vision is refined: a plan becomes a sketch, and a sketch becomes a model.
Refinements and newly discovered insights can be integrated at any stage of the process. The scales for each reconstruction are entirely customizable.

The facade – the character and countenance of a building. Historically, the exterior has always reflected the social standing of its owners or indicated the guild residing within its walls.
Manifold design elements converge to create a unique work of art, a monument to tradition and craftsmanship. Replicas by Ehrenholz mirror the aura of history with meticulous detail and at the desired scale.
Material und Werkzeug
Achieving the authentic texture and tactile essence of a building material requires the creative application of diverse, malleable substances. To attain the finest results, existing tools are often adapted or entirely reimagined.
Through the use of precious wood, stone, glass, metal, and clay, materials are authentically refined to reflect the true character of their natural inspiration.
